Mains: Spatchcock chicken served with wilted mixed green in a red wine jus
Dessert: Dark chocolate tart: served with creme fraiche, apricots and honeycomb

Mains: Smoked Paprika Grilled Sea Bass served with chilli & tomato pesto, wilted mixed greens and lemon oil
Dessert: Red plum creme brulee served with a compote of roasted red plums, vanilla custard and caramelized sugar
