- Ruby Rose Martini - Shaken
- Cocktail of the year in South Africa in 2006 making Masterclass teacher Clinton Weir SA champ in mixology. Gin is shaken with it home made rose and vanilla syrup, lime and cranberry juices.
- Trio of Citrus Caipirovska - Muddled and swizzled
- Lemon, lime and orange wedges are muddle with your choice of flavoured sugar and your choice of one of our infused vodkas and topped with Soda water.
- Smoked Negroni - Stirred
- Gin or Tequila is stirred down with Campari, sweet vermouth and smoked with wood chips, each guests gets a chance to smoke their own recipes.
