Description
Coffee is the second most consumed beverage in the world. Loved and addictive, it is also one of the most complex beverages. In this workshop, we are going to take a journey from the seed to the cup - the objective is for you to taste and learn more about all the subtleties and complexity of coffee! You will start with a tasting flight of 3 different origins where you’ll be introduced to the coffee tree, terroir, and farming practices. For the next tasting, you will brew and taste the same coffee processed in 2 different ways at the farm. After this part, you will dive into the roasting process and I'll explain our roasting approach with a focus on green coffee quality, an exceptional terroir, and roast style!
