- Children aged 0-13 are not allowed to join this experience
- For any diver aged 14-18, parental consent and attendance at the briefing on the day of the dive is **required**
- Please make sure you read the [medical form] before booking
- Participants need to bring the photo identification on the day of the experience
- 10:00am and 11:00am divers are required to be onsite by 8:45am for a 9:00am briefing session
- 2:30pm and 3:30pm divers are required to be onsite by 12:45pm for a 1:00pm briefing session
- Late arrival or failure to attend the allocated briefing session will result in non-admittance and you will forfeit your dive session. All dives are non-refundable and will incur a rescheduling fee
- Personal underwater cameras are not permitted on Shark Dive Xtreme. However, photography services can be provided on site with extra charge of AUD40. Participants will receive the pictures digitally, through an online portal. The service will give a code and a link where the pictures can be obtained
- Participants **must** be able to speak English (for health and safety reasons, non-English speakers will be unable to dive with the sharks)
- SEA LIFE Melbourne provides lockers to store shopping bags, loose valuables or large luggage items. It located in the admissions foyer. Both small and large sized lockers are available starting from AUD4
- **Do not drink alcohol the night before your dive**
- **Do not fly in an aircraft within 12 hours after your dive**
