• Chicken marsala: chicken sautéed with mushrooms, marsala wine, herbed fettuccine & sautéed vegetables
• Grilled flat-iron steak: grilled and topped with a red wine reduction
• Herbed garlic parmesan polenta, sautéed vegetables
• Penne alla vodka: penne with sautéed garlic, shallots, parsley, crushed hot peppers, vodka crème & tomato sauce (with or without chicken)
• Lasagna Sorriso: homemade bolognese sauce, mozzarella cheese
