Private Yoga Session for Small to Large Groups (3 to 500!)

Overview: 60 min Large Group Private Yoga session with Ashley Hayes. Up to 500 participants.

All levels 60min Vinyasa yoga that strengthens and stretches your body, creates good feelings and melts away stress through the fun music-led movement. Definitely a healthy addition to your work day, maybe the best lunch in North Beach :)

The class is heated and our caring teachers always offer modifications for more/less advance practice. Child/restful pose is always welcome when feeling overwhelmed.

Ashley’s lifelong journey of wellness and spiritual alignment has manifested with daily yoga practice for the last 15 years, teaching Bay Area residents meditation, yoga basics, vinyasa, restorative and prenatal yoga in several local studios. She is currently hosting global retreats, workshops, group energy and sound healings, and sacred Native American medicine rituals and ceremonies in the greater Bay Area and at the Esalen Institute in Big Sur, CA. She was certified 200 RYT at Maui Yoga Shala in November 2014, teaching at several local studios.
