Starters available:

• Fried chicken: delicious and crunchy chicken strips spiced with a creamy cilantro sauce
• Sgabei con Salse: vicious fried bread rolls served with cream cheese, spicy tomato sauce and homemade black olive tapenade
• Insalata Quinoa: quinoa and arugula timbale with textured tomato, toasted cashews, fresh avocado and soy beans. All seasoned with our tasty red and green pestos.
• Insalata Kikka: battered and fried chicken salad on a base of avocado cream, tomatoes, arugula, parmesan slices and corn powder. Dressed with balsamic vinegar sauce
• Fonduta di Provola: melted Provolone cheese with crispy pancetta, dried tomato pesto and a touch of our Genovese pesto. Accompanied with crusty bread.
• Patate Nostre: crispy and golden fried potatoes accompanied by a parmesan and tartufo sauce
• Carpaccio Tradizionale: Thin slices of veal dressed with olive oil and lemon, mushrooms, arugula, parmesan and a balsamic vinaigrette

Main course, to choose between:

• Pizza 4 Formaggi: tomato and cheeses: mozzarella "Fior di latte", gorgonzola, parmesan and smoked scamorza cheese.
• Pizza 4 stagioni: tomato, mozzarella, artichokes, mushrooms, york ham, peppers and olives
• Pizza Salsiccia: tomato, sausage, mozzarella cheese, spinach and spicy salami
• Calzone Troddio: tomato, "Fior di latte" mozzarella, ricotta cheese, mushrooms and ham.
• Spaghettoni carbonara: with parmesan, egg, guanciale cold meat and lots of pepper
• Tortelloni rustica di noci: fresh pasta filled with ricotta cheese and spinach with a vicious cream of ricotta cheese, pecorino cheese, cream and walnuts
• Rigatoni alla parmigiana: fried eggplant sauce, tomato, cherry tomatoes, buffalo mozzarella P.D.O. from Campania and parmesan cheese
• Rigatoni gorgo e tartufo: a tasty sauce with pancetta, gorgonzola cheese, tartufo cream, parmesan cheese and a touch of cream
