Description
Come experience the benefits of an all around yoga experience. Yoga Trapeze is brilliant for traction, core strengthening and increased flexibility. Floor practice is ideal for gentle stretching and strengthening, a great way to start your day. By the end of an hour session all areas of the body have been stretched and worked out. The centre is located directly behind City Hall in beautiful downtown Olympia. Right on the corner of 5th Ave SE & Chestnut. The centre has its own parking lot with ample overflow parking directly on the street.
