Some weekends call for the sofa... and others call for brunch, bubbles and hits. At Casa Suecia they know exactly which team they're on.
The Bubble Brunch debuts its Outsider Edition Vol. 8 with a new menu that once again breaks away from the usual. Part of the menu arrives directly at the table, other items appear as a surprise during their particular "auction time", with waiters walking through the room offering different bites, and you will always have a main course to choose from.
The Benedict eggs remain a must. And so does the music. A live DJ sets the rhythm of the morning with the spirit of a jukebox: request your favourite songs while you enjoy the food, bubbles and a good cocktail.
A different brunch, informal and eager to have fun, designed to turn that big, late breakfast into one of the best plans for the weekend in Madrid.
Because being a little of an outsider also means forgetting about the clock.
