We divide the space into sections with prices that vary based on how close you are to the stage and visibility. As soon as you enter Ateneu Mercantil de València, staff will seat you in the order that attendees arrive within your zone.
Can we sit together if we're a group?
Yes, you can sit side by side. To guarantee this, it's essential that you enter the venue together and have purchased tickets in the same category. We suggest arriving 30 minutes before the start so our team can easily seat you together.
Can tickets be bought at the Ateneu Mercantil de València box office?
There are no ticket sales at the Ateneu Mercantil de València box office on the day of the event. We advise securing your spots in advance, managing everything comfortably through the Fever app or official website.
What time should I arrive? Is there a late entry policy?
To enjoy the experience stress-free, we recommend arriving 30 minutes before the music starts. Remember, access is cut off 5 minutes before the beginning, and the doors won't open once the concert starts to keep the atmosphere intact.
Will there be food and drink service at Ateneu Mercantil de València?
You will be able to buy drinks at this event; however, there will be no food available.
What temperature should I expect at the concert? What clothes should I wear?
Keep in mind that many of our concerts are held in historic buildings, so controlling the temperature can be a challenge. We do our best to ensure a pleasant environment, but we recommend bringing comfortable clothes suitable for the time of year so you can enjoy without issues.
Is there a dress code for Candlelight concerts?
We don't require any formal dress code. We suggest coming in casual, comfortable clothes; the main thing for us is that you feel good throughout the concert.
How long does the experience last?
The Candlelight: Tribute to Ludovico Einaudi in Valencia lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before, so you can arrive and settle in comfortably.
Can I leave the venue during the performance?
We ask that you try not to leave your seat while the concert is on, except for emergencies, to avoid breaking the atmosphere that is created in the venue.
Are real candles used in Candlelight concerts? Are they flammable?
We take your safety seriously, so we use last-generation LED candles. They imitate traditional candles without using real fire, eliminating any risk and without generating heat.
Is taking photos or recording videos allowed? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Your phone should remain silent during the show. You will be able to immortalize the moment with photos and videos without flash during the last song, once the musicians give the okay.
Where can I find my tickets for Candlelight: Tribute to Ludovico Einaudi in Valencia?
To view your tickets, open the Fever app (available on Google Play and Apple App Store) and click on the "Tickets" section. Make sure you're using the same account you booked with. Your QR code will also be sent to you in the purchase confirmation email. Since they're digital, there's no need to print them.
Can I transfer or send my tickets to another person?
The Fever app gives you the option to transfer your tickets free of charge using the "Transfer Tickets" feature. If you need help managing it, contact us and remember to include your ticket number.
Can tickets for Candlelight: Tribute to Ludovico Einaudi be gifted?
Sure! You can buy a Candlelight Gift Card and let them choose their favorite concert on the day that suits them best. Already have a ticket for a specific day? No problem, use the "Transfer Tickets" option in the Fever app and send it as a gift.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours before the event from the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. If the option is available, the "Change date/time" button will appear, and you can follow the instructions. If the option doesn't appear, contact us with your ticket ID, which can be found in the confirmation email or the Fever app. Note that refunds are not accepted, although some events offer a flexible cancellation add-on with an alternative policy. What is "Candlelight Photo"?
This pack gives you access to a unique photography session at Ateneu Mercantil de València. To make sure you always remember the experience, we'll give you an instant Polaroid-format print.
Can I buy "Candlelight Photo" photos at Ateneu Mercantil de València?
You can get your photo at Ateneu Mercantil de València using a card as long as there are free passes. We recommend booking it online when buying your ticket to secure your spot, as those bookings have priority over in-box-office sales.
When should I arrive to have my photo taken?
Try to come 30 minutes early to go through the photo area. The session will close strictly 10 minutes before the music starts.
When will I receive the photo?

What does the "Pack of 3 candles" include? Are they real?
The package comes with 3 LED candles designed to recreate the warm, cozy light of a real candle. Since they don't use real fire, they are ideal for decorating your favorite spots safely.
What is the "Pack of 3 candles" pickup and return policy?
Packages you buy online will be ready for pickup at the concert. Keep in mind that the "Pack of 3 candles" is exclusive to that day and venue, so we do not accept returns or refunds.
Are pets or animals allowed in Ateneu Mercantil de València? What about service animals?
Due to venue policies, you won't be able to bring your pet to the concert. However, you can enter with a service dog or guide dog.
Do you offer free tickets for caregivers or assistants of people with disabilities?
