Where can I find my ticket?

You'll find it in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the App Store and Google Play), signing in with the same method you used to buy. You'll also receive your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket or request a refund?

Date and/or time changes are subject to availability and allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts; contact us quoting your ticket ID. Refunds aren't accepted unless you purchased a flexible cancellation ticket, which lets you request a refund up to 48 hours before the concert (minus a non-refundable 10% fee).

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

No. Tickets aren't available for purchase at the venue; they must be bought through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com) before you arrive.

How long does the concert last?

Around 65 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the start, and no entry is permitted once the concert has begun.

Is the concert indoors or outdoors?

It's an indoor concert with assigned seating.

Is food or drink available?

A bar will be set up for drinks before the concert. No food is served.

Is parking available?

No, the venue doesn't have parking.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

Yes, all guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. For Candlelight Junior editions, the concert is suitable for ages 5+; the child ticket is valid up to age 12, and no adult may attend using a child ticket.

Can I book a ticket for my companion or carer?

Yes. If you need assistance during the experience, you can request 1 free pass for your personal assistant. You must first purchase your own ticket, then contact us together with the relevant supporting documentation.

Can I bring animals?

Animals aren't allowed, except for service animals.

Does this venue have disability access?

Yes. Ateneo Mercantil has wheelchair access, though only for Zone A and Zone C tickets. If you have any questions about accessibility, contact hola@feverup.com so we can accommodate you on arrival.
