This is the perfect place to bring your friends for a smashing experience! Each session starts with a safety tutorial to remind you of the rules of the rage room. After going through the rules, you get to pick a weapon of your choice like hammers, baseball bats, golf clubs, name it and have at it! The room itself is full of a wide variety of breakable objects.We all have to deal with stress in our daily lives. Whether it’s because of work, home, or anything else, the stress can build up and manifest itself in unhelpful ways such as anxiety and high blood pressure. Smash therapy provides a great short-term release for built-up stress and is the perfect way to get rid of a hard day’s anger!
