Description
Bagels are one of the culinary treasures of Montreal gastronomy. In this small-group cooking class in English, you will learn all the secrets to making delicious bites of happiness. This workshop is organized in a charming apartment in Rosemont, for a cozy, familiar atmosphere. Your cooking teacher will help you choose the best flour, show you how to knead the dough so that it becomes as soft as you would like, and how to fill your bagel according to your preferences.
