Description
Bagels are one of the culinary treasures of Montreal cuisine. This small-group cooking class in English will teach you all the secrets to making delicious bites of pleasure yourself. For an even cozier atmosphere, this workshop is organized in a charming apartment in Rosemont. Your chef-instructor will help you choose the best flour, reveal to you how to knead the dough until it becomes tender to perfection, and then how to top your bagel as you like.
