Bagels are one of the culinary treasures of Montreal cuisine. This small-group English-language cooking class will teach you all the secrets to making delicious bites of pleasure yourself. For an even cozier atmosphere, this workshop is held in a charming Rosemont apartment. Your chef-instructor will help you choose the best flour, reveal to you how to knead the dough until it is perfectly tender, and then how to top your bagel as you like.
