🧘BYO-Mat for the Yoga class. Masks will be required to enter, but can be removed per your discretion during the class. Social distancing will be enforced for non-household members.

Description
Soothe your soul and soften tension in your body during this gentle, but invigorating vinyasa flow. You’ll increase energy flow throughout the body and leave feeling relaxed and energised. Expect to move, flow and awaken while gently calming the mind and center the body, while stretching and lengthening your muscles. You’ll be guided by Candis Oakley, who is the founder and CEO of The Alter with over 10 years of experience in various mindfulness, meditation and contemplative practices.The class takes place on the Ace Hotel’s beautiful 6th floor Prairie rooftop so the view will be just as beautiful as the energy surrounding you.
