What better way to celebrate the Fourth of July than with the ultimate patriotic superhero Captain America? It's time to explore the story behind one of the most iconic superheroes and how he was masterfully portrayed throughout the 20th-century. Join New York Adventure Club as they explore the two greatest versions of Captain America, the ultimate patriotic superhero β Joe Simon and Jack Kirby's 1941 original version and Jim Steranko's 1969 reboot. This "visualecture" / webinar will be led by award-winning comic book art illustrator and historian Arlen Schumer and will include a Q&A with him afterwards.
