Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the App Store and Google Play), signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket or get a refund?
Date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts, subject to availability; contact us quoting your ticket ID. Tickets are non-refundable except as required under Australian Consumer Law, unless you purchased a Flexible Refund Ticket: this lets you get a full refund if you contact us up to 48 hours before the show starts (it becomes non-refundable once transferred to another user).
Can I transfer my ticket to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your ticket to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Just click "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. For help, contact us quoting your ticket ID.
How long does the show last?
About 60 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before the show; no entry is permitted once it starts.
Is the concert indoors or outdoors?
It's an indoor concert with assigned seating.
Is food or drink available?
Yes, drinks and snacks will be available for purchase at the venue.
Is parking available?
There's no free parking at the venue, but paid parking is available nearby within walking distance.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
Yes, all guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I book a ticket for my carer, and can I bring animals?
Guests requiring assistance can apply for 1 free pass for their caretaker after purchasing their own ticket, by contacting us for more information. Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Does this venue have disability access?
The theatre is accessible for ticket holders in Zone A and Zone B only. For wheelchair assistance, please email us in advance so we can notify onsite staff; note there are no dedicated wheelchair car parks at this venue.
Can I take pictures or videos during the performance?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians. Your phone must be on silent mode throughout the performance, and out of respect for the musicians and audience, you won't be able to leave your seat except in an emergency.
Can I sit together with friends?
Yes, if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving in good time so we can do our best to accommodate you.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the show starts so you can be assigned a seat within your zone. The show begins on time and latecomers won't be allowed to enter.
What happens if the weather doesn't allow the event to take place?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of location or postponement), we'll notify you by email in advance.
Are the candles flammable?
No, for the safety of attendees, all candles used are flameless.
What is "Snapshot by Candlelight"?
It's an optional paid photo experience: you'll have your photo taken in a designated area and receive a printed polaroid-style picture (1 instant picture per purchase). Photos can also be bought on-site (card only) if the opportunity isn't sold out, though online buyers get priority. Your photo is taken before the show (the photo experience closes 10 minutes before showtime) and you'll collect the printed picture at the exit; pictures can't be kept for you if you leave without collecting them, and refunds are only given if the experience is cancelled for internal reasons.
What is "Sidedoor by AmazingCo"?
It's an optional add-on: a curated tasting experience at a trendy local venue, with concert-themed games and trivia, plus an exclusive discount at a second mystery bar. You can find out more when adding it to your ticket purchase.
