About the venueSt Mary's In Holy Trinity

The Holy Trinity Cathedral in Parnell, Auckland, is a stunning Anglican church with modern stained glass, including a one-of-a-kind Polynesian Christ window. The Nave is a flexible area that can hold up to 1,250 people and is used for worship and community events. The Bishop Selwyn Chapel is also on the cathedral grounds and is used for un-choral eucharists.

Where can I find my ticket?

You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the App Store and Google Play), signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket or get a refund?

Date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts, subject to availability; contact us quoting your ticket ID. Tickets are non-refundable, except as required under New Zealand Consumer Law.

How long does the concert last?

About 65 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before the show; no entry is permitted once it starts.

Is the concert indoors or outdoors?

It's an indoor concert with assigned seating.

Is food or drink available?

No, there is no food served at the venue.

Is parking available?

Yes. Holy Trinity Cathedral's car park has 112 spaces, accessible from Parnell Road. Rates are $6 for 4 hours or $10 all day, payable by paywave-enabled cards, Monday to Sunday 6am-midnight. Dedicated disabled parking is available in the small car park directly in front of the Cathedral and in the main car park.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

Yes, all guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I book a ticket for my carer, and can I bring animals?

Guests requiring assistance can apply for 1 free pass for their caretaker after purchasing their own ticket, by contacting us for more information. Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.

Does this venue have disability access?

Yes. Disabled parking is available directly in front of the Cathedral and in the main car park, and there is an accessible bathroom in the foyer near the kitchen.

How do I get to the venue?

Holy Trinity Cathedral is at 446 Parnell Road, Parnell, Auckland. The Inner and Outer Link buses stop right outside on Parnell Road, and Southern/Western Line trains stop at nearby Parnell station (a short walk up Parnell Rise). The Hop-on Hop-off Tours bus also stops here.
