Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Log in using the same method you used to make the purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket? Is a refund possible?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are permitted up to 48 hours before your experience starts — contact us with your ticket ID. A refund is not possible under any circumstances; see our Terms and Conditions for more information.
How long does the show last?
The concert lasts about 60 minutes, with no interval. Doors open 30 minutes before the concert starts, and no later entry is possible.
Is the venue indoor or outdoor?
The concert takes place indoors, with seats chosen freely on arrival within your booked zone.
Is food or drink served?
No, the Kursaal is not currently offering any food or drinks.
Is parking available?
The underground car park at Kursaal Bad Cannstatt has 80 spaces (two of which are disabled parking spaces). There's also a public car park right by the Kursaal, as well as public parking areas on the other side of the tram tracks. No free spaces or special rates are available.
Is there an age requirement?
All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Does this venue have disability access?
Yes, a glass lift runs from the public underground car park up to the hall level of the Kleiner Kursaal.
What are the different ticket types?
There are tickets for Zone A, B and C.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No, tickets cannot be purchased at the venue. All tickets must be bought through the app or website before attending the event.
Can I book a ticket for my carer/caretaker?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their companion. Once you've bought your ticket, please send us the relevant supporting documents — we'll then provide you with a voucher for the free carer ticket, subject to availability. Please note you'll need to show both tickets on entry.
What is the Flexible Refund Ticket?
The Flexible Refund Ticket lets you request a full refund if you decide not to attend the experience — contact us up to 48 hours before the experience starts, with no documentation required. It becomes non-refundable if transferred to another person.
Can I bring animals?
No, animals are not allowed at Kursaal Bad Cannstatt.
How do I get to the venue?
By public transport, you can reach the Kursaal via tram lines U2/U19 (Kursaal stop) or U1/U13 (Uff-Kirchhof stop), as well as S-Bahn lines S1, S2 and S3 (Bad Cannstatt station stop).
