Description
Psychedelics have been an important part of human culture for thousands of years, being used in rituals, healing, divination, and—more recently—scientific research. Did you know that LSD may have important therapeutic properties for the treatment of depression, anxiety, and addictions? Now that scientific research is resuming, what do psychedelics tell us about the weirder side of human consciousness, their role in mental health, well-being, and creativity, and what can be learned from the traditional shamanic practices with these substances and their potential as ecological integrators?
