NY Deli Sandwich Gourmet, choose from:

• Pastrami: Portuguese beef toast cured and stewed in beer with black pepper and Portuguese mustard sauce
• Reuben: Portuguese beef toast cured and stewed in beer with cheese, sauerkraut and thousand island sauce (mayonnaise, pickles and spices)
• Salmon: smoked salmon toast with red onion, cream cheese, rocket and capers
• Mixed: cheese and charcuterie toast (chorizo, ham, salami, Flemish cheese, goat's cheese, cream cheese, mustard) and arugula
• Vegetarian: avocado toast, rocket, goat's cheese, Flemish cheese, pimento padrón and tomato
• Vegan: avocado, rocket, padron bell pepper and tomato toast with virgin olive oil and sauerkraut option

Handmade burger, choose from:

• Classic: local Portuguese beef burger, cheese, lettuce, tomato, mustard and ketchup
• Kimchi: local Portuguese beef burger, kimchi (Korean-style vegetable ferment produced by Quimera), lettuce, tomato, sriracha sauce
• Reuben: local Portuguese beef burger, sauerkraut (fermented German-style cabbage produced by Quimera), lettuce, tomato, Thousand Island dressing (mayonnaise, pickles and spices)

* All the toasts are served on artisan Barbela Gleba wheat bread and the burgers on brioche bread from the local Gleba bakery. Both are served with potato chips and coleslaw (cabbage salad seasoned with carrots and red onion)
