Hey ravioli, you’re beautiful inside and out. Join Chef Candice in her LA kitchen for this highly interactive, hands-on class where you get to make a lovely ravioli dish, including the dough, filling, and sauce, from scratch in the comfort of your very own home kitchen. No need for a fancy pasta machine—it's time to roll up your sleeves and learn to make the pasta old-fashioned way, just like an Italian Nonna would! In this virtual class, you will be walked through step by step to make and knead the egg-based pasta dough, then fill your ravioli with a classic ricotta filling, cook these pouches of yum to perfection, and finish off with Chef Candice's tried-and-true tomato-based sauce. No experience is required! Just make sure you have these essential ingredients ready: flour, eggs, garlic, olive oil, milk, ricotta cheese, mozzarella, parmesan, canned tomatoes, olive oil, oregano, and parsley.
