Accompany this cascade of flavors with a cold Japanese beer in one of the pop-up bars, and when you're ready... get to work (well, with the rice)! Take part in one of the on-site workshops and discover the secrets of sushi masters during a masterclass. Go home with a happy belly and a new string to your culinary bow to impress your guests!
