Description
Laughter Yoga (Hasya Yoga) is a collective catharsis activity through laughter. At first you'll just imitate the sound of laughter, but gradually and spontaneously you'll loosen up and start feeling a very real urge to laugh. Your laughter instructor, Joanne, will help you pour out everything that is built up in your body, allowing blockages and negative energies to dissolve as you have a good time. You'll say goodbye feeling completely relaxed, light and happy. The effects of participating in a single session are long-lasting, and sometimes even small miracles can happen in the form of a flash of inspiration or a spontaneous cure!

Workshop Programme
- Brief introduction on Laughter Yoga and the benefits of laughter
- Stretching, yoga breathing exercises and exercises to simulate the sound of laughter
- Natural transition from simulated laughter to natural laughter, with a group laughter attack in which the group will reach the desired cathartic state
- Relaxation and feedback moment
- Closing ceremony with slogans of optimism and a short meditation for peace around the world
