Stuck in quarantine and looking for things to do as a family? Or perhaps you're looking for 30 minutes to yourself while your kids enjoy a fun activity away from your desk? Listen, we get it. That's why we're bringing you 30 minutes of our signature Storytelling Yoga class for kids every day at 1pm for 30 days. The certified yoga instructors have years of teaching experience, as well as professional theatrical training, and they're coming to your computer screens to teach your children yoga poses, mindfulness techniques, and improvisational storytelling games to nurture their love of movement and problem-solving in a virtual group setting. You can join in with the kids for some quality time or leave them to explore by themselves!
