Instead of scrolling through videos to find the right exercises for you, you can now train with a Personal Trainer from the comfort of your home! Taking your goals and fitness status into account, your trainer will demonstrate a series of exercises and then observe and correct your form. You'll get guidance, encouragement and motivation throughout your workout, whilst being reassured that you're avoiding potential injuries thanks to correct technique. Wherever you are in the world, your expert will be with you just a click away!
