Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play). Remember to log in with the same details you used when you made your purchase. You will also find your QR code in the purchase confirmation email.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It’s very easy! Just tap “Transfer tickets” in the Fever app. Feel free to contact us if you need help, and remember to include your order number.
Can I change the date or time of my ticket?
You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours before the event. To do so, contact us and give us the ticket number linked to your purchase (the unique code you received when you bought your ticket, which you can find in your confirmation email or in the Fever app). You can also check whether the exchange option is available in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app. If it is, the “Change date and/or time” button will appear: just tap it and follow the instructions. Please note that refunds are not possible, whatever the reason. For more details, see our terms and conditions.
Can I get a refund for my ticket?
Refunds are not allowed, whatever the reason. For more information, see our terms and conditions. However, the “Flexible Cancellation” add-on is available at checkout and comes with a different policy.
If I buy a flexible cancellation ticket, can I get a refund?
You can cancel your flexible ticket if you submit your request at least 48 hours before the start of the experience. Just contact us. Please note that the ticket will not be refunded if it has been transferred to someone else.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, you don’t need to print your ticket. It will be scanned from the Fever app when you arrive at the venue.
What are the different seating areas?
The venue is divided into different areas, depending on visibility. Our team will seat you directly on arrival. Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, according to the category you chose.
Can my friends and I sit together?
Yes, you can sit with your friends as long as everyone arrives at the same time and has tickets for the same area. We recommend arriving early. We will do our best to seat you together.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
Yes, this event is for people aged 18 and over.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets will not be sold at the venue; they can only be purchased through the Fever app or on the Fever website.
When should I arrive?
The doors open 30 minutes before the start of the show and close 5 minutes before the curtain goes up. Make sure you are seated on time. Late arrivals are not admitted, out of respect for the performers and the audience.
Can I get a ticket for a companion?
Guests who need assistance during this experience can request a free pass for their companion. Send us an email with proof that you need a companion ticket. Once we have received this document, we will send you a voucher that you can use to buy your free companion ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability). Remember that you will need to show your standard ticket together with the companion ticket at the entrance to the venue.
Can I buy food and drinks at the venue?
You will be able to buy food and drinks at this event; however, there will be no gluten-free or vegan options.
Can I leave the room during the show?
Out of respect for the performers and the rest of the audience, you may not leave your seat before the end of the show, except in an emergency.
Can I use my phone during the show?
No, your phone must be on silent for the whole show. Photos and videos may only be taken during the curtain call and without flash.
Will there be strobe lights?
No, there will be no strobe lighting.
Will Merrick Watts be performing?
No, the show will be performed by a comedian hand-selected by Merrick Watts.
Can I bring pets? Are assistance animals allowed?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at the venue for this event, but assistance animals are welcome.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the event takes place in a venue that is accessible to people with reduced mobility.
