No, you don't need to print out your ticket. It will be validated via the Fever app upon your arrival at the venue.

Yes, you can sit with your friends as long as you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving early, and we will do our best to seat you together.

This experience is for guests aged 18 and over. Valid ID may be requested.

Tickets will not be sold on site; they can only be purchased in the Fever app or on the Fever website.

Doors will open 30 minutes before the experience starts and will close 5 minutes prior to the start. Late arrivals will not be permitted, out of respect for the performers and other guests.

Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker. Please email us with proof that you need a carer ticket. Once we receive it, we will provide you with a voucher that you can use to purchase your free carer ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability). Please remember that you will need to present your standard ticket together with the carer ticket at the entrance to the venue.

You will be able to purchase beverages at this event; however, please note that there won't be any food available.

Out of respect for the performers and the audience, you will not be able to leave your seat except in the case of an emergency.
