Spain is one of the oldest countries in Europe and has an impressive history of great wines: you could sample one every night of the year and still not experience all the variety that the country produces! This experience will help you grasp everything that each region has to offer, pairing the Rioja's Tempranillo reds and Galicia's Albariño whites with a delicious selection of cheeses and cured meats. You'll also learn some traditions of food and wine pairing, plus when it's wise to get a little rebellious and break those rules. ¡Vamos!
