How does the waitlist work?

Join the waitlist to get exclusive access to pre-sale tickets before they are released to the general public. Tickets go on public sale on Thursday, November 12, 2026, at 10 a.m.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be 5 years old or older to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

At the Winnipeg Art Gallery, in the Muriel Richardson Auditorium: 300 Memorial Blvd, Winnipeg, MB R3C 1V1.

How do I get to the venue?

Enter through the doors on Memorial Boulevard, not at the intersection with St. Mary's Street.

Yes, there is a cash bar at the venue.

Your phone must be on silent during the entire performance. Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by the musicians.

Can I leave the concert room during the performance?

Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you cannot leave your seat during the performance except in an emergency.

When should I arrive?

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can take your seat. The concert starts on time and late arrivals will not be admitted.

Can I sit with my friends?

Yes, if you arrive together. We recommend arriving in good time, and we will do our best to seat you together.

Are the candles flammable?

For everyone's safety, all candles are flameless.
