Candlelight concerts invite you to rediscover the music of Charles Aznavour like never before. At the Palais de la Bourse in Lyon, a string quartet performs his most beautiful songs, surrounded by hundreds of candles, for an intimate and unforgettable evening.

This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.

What are the different types of tickets?
There are four ticket categories: A, B, C and D.
Can I buy tickets on site?
No. Tickets are not sold on site: they must be purchased before the concert via the Fever app or website.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
If you need assistance throughout the experience, you can request a free pass for your carer. To do this, fill in the online form from Fever support and attach all supporting documents.
Is there a minimum age?
The concert is open to those aged 8 and over. Under-16s must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, by logging in with the same email address used for the purchase. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.
Can I sit with my friends?
Yes, as long as you arrive together and have tickets in the same category. We recommend arriving early.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes. You can transfer your tickets free of charge to any Fever account by clicking "Transfer tickets" in the Fever app. For further help, contact Fever support with your ticket ID.
Are the candles real candles with a flame?
No. For everyone's safety, the venue is lit with flameless electronic candles.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time of your ticket up to 48 hours before the start time stated on your original ticket. To do this, contact Fever support with your ticket ID. No refunds are possible.
Where does the concert take place?
At the Palais de la Bourse, Place de la Bourse, 69002 Lyon.
How do I get there?
We recommend coming by public transport.
Will refreshments be available?
No, no drinks or refreshments are available on site.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, with the exception of assistance animals.

No, there is no parking near the venue.
Can I take photos or videos during the concert?
Photos and videos are only allowed during the last piece, and always without flash. The artists will remind you of this during the concert.

Your phone must remain on silent mode throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed during the last piece, without flash.
Can I leave the room during the performance?
No. Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you cannot leave your seat before the end of the concert, except in case of emergency.
When should I arrive?
Arrive at least 30 minutes before the start to get a seat in the reserved category. The concert starts on time and the audience must be seated before it begins: if you arrive late, you will not be able to access the room.
What happens if the concert cannot take place due to bad weather conditions?
If the weather affects the experience and leads to a change of venue or date, Fever will let you know in advance by email.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
