Programme: The Four Seasons by A. Vivaldi (Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter) and La Folia.

Performed live by Cuarteto Valencia (string quartet).

What are the different ticket types available?

Seats are arranged by zone (Zone A, B, C or D) depending on the visibility you'd like. They're assigned on arrival, with the help of our staff, in order of arrival and according to the type of ticket you purchased.

Where can I find my ticket?

You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the App Store and Google Play) — remember to log in with the same method you used to purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.

Can I buy tickets at the box office?

No. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.

Can I book a ticket for my carer?

Yes. If you need assistance during the experience, you're entitled to request 1 free pass for your personal assistant/support worker. Once you've bought your ticket, please contact us with supporting documentation.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

Yes. All guests must be 8 or older. Under-16s must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts — contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds aren't permitted unless you've purchased a Flexible Cancellation ticket.

What is the Flexible Cancellation Ticket and how does it work?

(Applicable to selected events.) It lets you request a full refund or change your ticket if you decide not to attend, by contacting us up to 48 hours before the experience starts (not refundable if transferred to another user). No documentation is required. A refund keeps the full price minus the 10% flexible-option fee; if you'd rather change it, you'll get a coupon for the same value to rebook the same experience.

How long does the concert last?

Around 65 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the start, and entry isn't allowed once the concert has begun.

Is the concert indoors or outdoors?

Indoors, with assigned seating.

Where does the event take place, and how do I get there?

At the Ateneo Mercantil in Valencia. Public transport stops nearby: bus lines C1, 6, 8, 11, 19, 40, 70, 71, 81 among others, and the closest metro stops are Colón, Xàtiva and Plaza de España.

Is food served?

No food is served; a drinks bar will be available before the concert.

Can I bring animals?

Animals aren't allowed, except service animals.

Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?

Yes. The venue is wheelchair accessible, although wheelchair-accessible tickets are limited to Zone A and Zone C. You can contact hola@feverup.com so we can accommodate you on arrival.

Is parking available?

No.
