Candlelight concerts bring the magic of a live, multi-sensory musical experience to The Rococo Theatre in Lincoln. A string quartet performs the music of Michael Jackson live, in an intimate setting lit by the soft glow of hundreds of candles.
This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.

Doors open 45 minutes before the concert. Late entry is not permitted once the concert has started.

Seats are not numbered: they are taken on a first-come, first-served basis within the zone on your ticket.

How do I get to the venue?
The venue is accessible by all modes of transportation.
Is parking offered on site at the venue?
There are parking decks near the venue, and street parking is available. We highly encourage using local transportation or ride-share apps.
Can I bring a bag?
As of April 1, 2019, the Rococo Theatre is a clear bag policy venue. Only clear bags and small clutch-sized purses are allowed at entry. No large bags or backpacks, please.
What items are prohibited at the venue?
Outside food and drink, weapons of any type, illegal items of any kind, bags larger than the dimensions of the venue's clear bag policy, backpacks, flashlights, laser pointers, and cameras and recording devices.
What are the different ticket types?
The venue is divided into three seating zones: Orchestra, Loge and Balcony.
Can I purchase tickets on-site?
All tickets must be purchased in the Fever app or on the website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the venue.
Can I reserve a ticket for a caregiver?
Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant or support worker. Please contact us with proof of needing a carer ticket. Once we receive it, we will send you a voucher code that you can use to get your free carer ticket. Please keep in mind that you will have to show this, along with your tickets, to enter the venue.
Is there an age limit to attend a performance?
This performance is recommended for ages 8 and up. Those under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I sit with my friends?
Yes, this is possible if you've purchased tickets in the same zone and arrive at the theater together, so we recommend arriving with plenty of time, and we'll do our best to provide seats next to each other.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer tickets to another Fever account at no additional cost. Simply tap "Transfer Ticket" in the Tickets section of the Fever app. If you need further assistance, feel free to contact us with your ticket ID.
Where can I find my ticket?
Tickets are located in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play). You must sign in with the same method (same account) that you used to purchase the tickets. You can also find the QR code in your purchase confirmation email. Be sure to check your spam folder for the confirmation email as well.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You don't need to print your ticket: just show the QR code in the Fever app or in your purchase confirmation email upon entry.
Can I make changes to my ticket?
Depending on the availability of other sessions, you can change the date or time up to 48 hours before the show. To make a change, please contact us, quoting your ticket ID. Please note that refunds are not available; see our terms and conditions for more information.
What is a Flexible Cancellation ticket?
A Flexible Cancellation ticket allows you to ask for a refund or exchange your ticket in case you decide not to attend the experience.
When can I return my Flexible Cancellation ticket?
Up to 48 hours before the experience starts. The ticket becomes non-refundable if it is transferred.
What documents do I need to cancel my ticket?
No documentation is needed.
How long does a refund take and how will I receive it?
If you paid by credit card or PayPal, the refund can take 10 days or more to appear on your statement. If you paid with a voucher, you will receive a new voucher in the app.
Will I get a full refund?
Yes, except for the 10% Flexible Cancellation fee.
If I opt for an exchange, when will I receive the new ticket?
You will receive a voucher immediately, for the same value, which you can use on the same experience.
How do I request my refund?

Can I get a refund?
No refunds will be offered. Changes to alternative dates and times are possible up to 48 hours before the start of the originally purchased event and are subject to availability. If you would like to change your ticket, please contact us.
When do I have to be at the venue?
Doors open 45 minutes before the show. Concerts start on time and you must be seated before the start of the concert. Entry is not allowed after the concert has started.
What if I arrive late?
If you arrive late, you will not be allowed to enter the venue due to the nature of the Candlelight concert and will not be refunded, so please make sure to arrive on time and with plenty of time to spare.
What is included in the ticket?
Your ticket includes admission to the Candlelight concert, a live music concert surrounded by LED candles.
How can I check my seat?
Seating is free seating (first come, first served) within the zone of the ticket you purchased. When you arrive at the venue, please present your ticket to the reception staff, and you will be shown to your seat in your zone. Seating at this venue is set up in sets of 4 or 6, so you may have to share the table with someone who is not in your party.
Will the concert start on time?
The show will start on time whenever possible, but there may be a delay of approximately 5 minutes to ensure a smooth performance. Seating is first come, first served within each zone, so please arrive at the venue with as much time as possible to enter and be seated. Performance start times are subject to change depending on venue availability.
Is there a dress code?
There is no dress code, but you should come dressed comfortably to get the most out of the performance. It can get chilly in the theater, so we recommend bringing layers.
Can I take photos or videos during the performance?
As a general rule, no photography or videography of any kind is permitted during the performance. Photos and videos may be taken without flash only at the end of the program, when the artist gives instructions.
Can I use my cell phone during the performance?
Please keep your cell phone on silent mode during the performance. Photos and videos can be taken without flash only at the end of the program, when the artist indicates you may do so.
Can I go to the restroom during the performance?
Out of consideration for the artists and other guests, we ask that you refrain from leaving your seat unless it is an emergency.
Will food be served?
There will be no food for sale at this venue.
Are drinks available?
Drinks are available for sale at the venue.
Can I bring my children?
Our concerts are for people aged 8 and over. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I bring my pets?
Animals are not allowed, except for service dogs. Please let us know about your service dog in advance by contacting us.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Only the Orchestra zone is wheelchair accessible, and wheelchair seating there is limited. If you find that no tickets are available, please contact us directly at hello@feverup.com.
Will Candlelight concerts still be held in the future?
You can see currently scheduled Candlelight concerts on our official website (www.feverup.com) and in our app.
Are the candles safe?
For safety, all candles use LED lights and are flameless.
Can I promote and sell tickets to the Candlelight concert?
You can earn commission on sales of the Candlelight concert through Fever's affiliate program.
What happens if a show can't take place due to weather conditions?
If weather conditions affect the performance (change of venue or postponement), you will be notified by email in advance.
