Public transport: The best way is to take the U3 to the “Baumwall” station. From there, it's just a few minutes' walk. Buses or other trains can be checked via the HVV timetable information depending on your starting point. By car: The address for your sat nav is Kehrwieder 6, 20457 Hamburg (Speicherstadt / HafenCity). From the A1 / A7, take the Elbbrücken or Elbtunnel towards the city centre, then head towards HafenCity / Speicherstadt and follow the signs for “Kehrwieder”. Please note: there may be traffic or road closures in the Speicherstadt/HafenCity area depending on the time of day, so it's worth allowing a bit of extra time.

Parking is available: at weekends directly in front of the theatre, and on weekdays there's a car park about 300 metres away. It is chargeable.

Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you may only leave your seat in an emergency.

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts to get a seat in the zone you've purchased. The concert will start on time, and the audience must already be seated beforehand. If you arrive late, you will be denied entry to the show out of respect for the musicians' performance and the audience's experience.

Should weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of venue or postponement), we will of course notify you in advance by email.

Yes, you can sit with your friends if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving at the venue in good time, and we'll do our best to seat you accordingly.

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Simply click on “Transfer tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app. If you need further assistance, just contact us via Fever's contact form, stating your ticket ID.

You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in using the same login method you used to make your purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email. There's no need to print anything out. Simply show your Fever ticket from your smartphone at the venue.

There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.

Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
