What can I expect from the event?
A soulful live music experience in an intimate, atmospheric venue, where world-class musicians bring jazz to life through saxophones, trumpets, vocals, and spontaneous improvisation.
How long does the experience last?
The experience lasts approximately 60 minutes.
What are the different ticket types?
Zone A, Zone B and Zone C. Seating is assigned on a first come, first served basis within each zone.
Can I buy a ticket at the venue on the day of the event?
Tickets cannot be purchased at the venue. All tickets must be purchased via the app or the website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Do I need to purchase a ticket for my carer?
Guests requiring assistance during the event are entitled to a free ticket for their companion/carer. If you need a ticket for your carer, please contact us. We will provide you with a voucher code to redeem the free ticket for your carer (subject to availability). Please note that both your ticket and your carer’s ticket must be presented on the day of the event.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Guests under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I sit next to my friends?
Yes, you can sit with your friends if you arrive together. We recommend arriving early, and we’ll do our best to seat you together.
Will there be strobe lights?
No, this event does not use strobe lighting effects.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 48 hours before the experience begins. To do so, please contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not available under any circumstances. For more information, please see our T&Cs.

How do I get to the venue?
The Royal Theatre is located at Vinohradská 48 in the Vinohrady district (Prague 2). It is very centrally located and incredibly easy to reach using Prague's public transit network: By Tram: The nearest stop is Vinohradská tržnice. You can take tram lines 11, 13 and 18. By Metro: Take line A (Green Line) and get to Jiřího z Poděbrad Station or Náměstí Míru Station.
Will food and drinks be available for purchase at the venue?
Yes, food and drinks will be available for purchase on-site and can be consumed inside the hall.
Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not allowed, with the exception of service animals.

Yes, restrooms are available; please ask our staff on-site for directions.
Is there parking at the venue?
The venue does not have its own dedicated private parking lot for guests. Because it is located right on a busy street in the central Vinohrady district, parking directly outside can be difficult. However, the nearest parking solution is PGS parking.
Is there a cloakroom service?
Yes, there is cloakroom service at this venue.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Photos and videos may only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.

Can I leave the concert hall during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, leaving your seat will not be allowed unless in case of emergency.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert begins to be seated in your purchased zone. The concert will start on time, and the audience must already be seated beforehand. Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, late entry will not be permitted.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account free of charge. It’s simple: click “Transfer tickets” on the ticket in the Fever app. For further assistance, please contact us with your ticket ID.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (available on Apple App Store or Google Play). Be sure to log in using the same method you used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in the purchase confirmation email.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, printing your ticket is not necessary. Your ticket will be validated through the Fever app upon arrival at the venue.
