What can I expect from the event?
A soulful live music experience in an intimate, atmospheric venue, where world-class musicians bring jazz to life through saxophones, trumpets, vocals, and spontaneous improvisation.
How long does the experience last?
The show lasts about 60 minutes.
Where does the experience take place?
The experience takes place at the Immanuelskirche (Sternstraße 73, 42275 Wuppertal).
How do I get to the venue?
By public transport: Bus: Wichlinghauser Straße stop. Wuppertal suspension railway (Schwebebahn): Wupperfeld stop - from there, follow Brändströmstraße to the right, cross the B7 (Berliner Straße) and turn left onto Von-Eynern-Straße. Train (RE, S-Bahn): Wuppertal-Oberbarmen stop - from there, cross Berliner Platz, follow the B7 (Berliner Straße) 400 m to the left and then turn right onto Von-Eynern-Straße. Timetables may vary depending on the time of day. It's worth checking the latest connections on the RMV website or in the app.
When should I arrive?
Entry is possible 60 minutes before the show starts. However, we recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the show starts.
Are food and drinks available?
Yes, drinks and a small selection of snacks can be purchased on site.
Is there parking at the venue?
There are 24 parking spaces and 2 disabled parking spaces on the grounds of the Kulturzentrum Immanuel (entrance on Von-Eynern-Straße). At weekends, additional parking is available in the schoolyard of the Europaschule/Berufskolleg Barmen, entrance at Sternstraße 75. Please allow plenty of time to find a parking space before the concert, as spaces are limited.
Is photography or filming allowed?
Photography without flash is allowed during the show, but filming is not. For the best possible experience for you and all other guests, we recommend taking photos only at the end during the bows, so you can enjoy the performance without interruption.
Can I bring animals?
Pets are not allowed, except for service animals. If you are accompanied by a service animal, please contact us with your ticket order number (ticket ID) and use “Bringing a service animal” as the subject.
Is the venue accessible?
The venue is accessible for people with reduced mobility.
Does the venue have toilets?
Yes, toilets are available. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask our staff on site.
Are strobe lights used at the venue?
No, no strobe lights are used in this show.
What are the different ticket types?
Zone A, Zone B, Zone C and Zone D (Balcony) - Begrenzte Sicht. Seating is assigned on a first come, first served basis within each zone.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets cannot be purchased at the venue. All tickets must be purchased before attending the event via the Fever app or the website (www.feverup.com).
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Yes, guests who need support throughout the experience can request a free ticket for their carer. Please buy your own ticket first, then contact us with your ticket order number (ticket ID) and use “Free carer ticket” as the subject.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your ticket free of charge. To do so, tap “Transfer tickets” in the Fever app. If you need help, please contact us with your ticket order number (ticket ID).
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your ticket is validated contactlessly in the Fever app, so there is no need to print it.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket with its QR code in the Fever app under “Tickets”. If you haven't installed the app yet, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Make sure to log in with the account you used to buy your ticket. If you can't find your ticket, please contact us with your ticket order number (ticket ID).
Is there an age requirement for the event?
This experience is for guests aged 18 and over. Valid ID may be requested.
Can I still enter the show after it has started?
Entry after the show has started is not possible. To ensure the best possible experience for all guests, we ask that you arrive on time.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, the date and/or time can be changed up to 48 hours before the experience starts. In that case, please contact us with your ticket order number (ticket ID) if you have any further questions. Unfortunately, refunds are not possible. Is there a cloakroom?
Yes, a cloakroom is available on site. The cost is €1 per jacket.
