Candlelight: Musik Klasik Natal brings Christmas music to life at Anjung Seni Idrus Tintin, Pekanbaru, surrounded by the glow of thousands of candles. A string quartet performs classical pieces and beloved Christmas carols for 60 minutes, in the warm atmosphere that only a Candlelight concert can offer.

This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.

Where can I find my tickets?
You can find your tickets in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Don't forget to log in with the same login method you used to make the purchase. You'll also find a QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your ticket to anyone free of charge. Simply click "Transfer Ticket" on your ticket in the Fever app. Please contact us if you need further assistance. Be sure to include your ticket order number.
Can I change the date or time of my ticket?
You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours in advance. To do this, contact us and provide the ticket ID associated with your purchase (the unique code you received when you bought your ticket, which can be found in your confirmation email or in the Fever app). Alternatively, you can check whether an exchange option is available in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. If it is, the "Exchange date and/or time" button will appear: simply tap it and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the change. What seating zones are there?
The theatre is divided into several sections based on view quality. Your seat will be assigned to you at the entrance with the help of our staff. Allocation will be done on a first come, first served basis and according to the section you've chosen.
Can my friends and I sit together?
Yes, you can sit together with your friends as long as you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving early, and we'll do our best to make sure you can sit together.
Is there an age requirement for this event?
Guests attending must be aged 8 or older. Guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can tickets be purchased at the entrance?
Tickets will not be sold on site. Tickets can only be purchased through the Fever app or the Fever website.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes early to be seated in your assigned zone. Doors close 5 minutes before the event starts. For the comfort of the performers and other guests, you will not be allowed in if you are late.
Can I get a ticket for a carer?
Guests who require assistance during this experience are entitled to request one free entry pass for their personal assistant or companion. Please contact us through the Fever contact form and attach proof that you require a ticket for a carer. Once we've received it, we'll provide you with a voucher that can be used to purchase a free carer ticket on the Fever app (subject to availability). Please remember, you must show both your regular ticket and this carer ticket when entering the venue.
Will food and drink be available to purchase on site?
Sorry, no food or drink can be purchased during this event.
Can I leave the concert hall during the performance?
For the comfort of the musicians and the audience, you cannot leave your seat except in an emergency.
Are the candles flammable?
Please note, we use flameless candles for the safety of our guests.
Can I use my phone during the performance?
Your phone must be on silent mode throughout the performance. As advised by our musicians, photos and videos can only be taken during the last song and without flash.
What's the expected temperature during the concert?
Candlelight concerts are held in a variety of beautiful historic venues. In these venues, temperature control can sometimes be a challenge. We do our best to ensure our guests' comfort, but the temperature can vary depending on the season. We recommend dressing appropriately so you can fully enjoy the experience.
What happens if weather conditions prevent the event from going ahead?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of venue or postponement), we will of course let you know by email beforehand.
Can I bring an animal? Are guide dogs allowed?
