Where can I find my tickets?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (downloadable from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in with the same Fever profile used to purchase the ticket. You'll also find a PDF with a barcode in the purchase confirmation email, which you can use to access the event.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone free of charge. Simply send the PDF with the barcode you received by email to the person who will use the ticket. If you have any questions, please contact us with the ticket ID.
Can I change the date or time of my ticket?
You can change the date of your ticket up to 48 hours before the event. To do so, contact us and provide the ticket ID associated with your purchase (the unique code received at the time of purchase, which you can find in the confirmation email or in the Fever app). Alternatively, you can check whether the change option is available in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app: if it is, the "Change date and/or time" button will appear, simply click it and follow the on-screen instructions. If I buy a ticket with flexible cancellation, can I get a refund?
You can cancel your ticket with flexible cancellation if you request it up to 48 hours before the experience starts: simply contact us. Please note that the ticket becomes non-refundable if it is transferred to another user.
What are the different seating areas?
The hall is divided into different sections based on the quality of the view. Seats will be assigned to you at the entrance with the help of our staff, in order of arrival and according to the section you have selected.
Can I sit together with my friends?
Yes, you can sit with your friends as long as you arrive together and all have tickets for the same area. We recommend arriving early: we'll do our best to seat you together.
Is there an age limit to attend the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can tickets be purchased at the entrance?
No. Tickets are not sold on site: they can only be purchased through the Fever app or website.
When should I arrive?
We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes early, so you can settle into your assigned area. Doors close 5 minutes before the start. Latecomers will not be admitted, out of respect for the musicians and other guests.
Can I get a ticket for a companion?
Guests who need assistance during the experience can request a free ticket for their companion or support staff. Contact us with a document proving the need for a companion. Once we receive your request, we'll send you a voucher to use in the Fever app to get your companion's free ticket (subject to availability). At the entrance, you'll need to show both your ticket and your companion's ticket.
Will it be possible to buy food and drinks on site?
No, food and drinks cannot be purchased on site.
Can I leave the hall during the concert?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you cannot leave your seat during the concert, except in case of emergency.
Are the candles flammable?
For guests' safety, all candles are flameless.
Can I use my phone during the concert?
Phones must remain on silent mode for the entire duration of the concert. Photos and videos are only allowed during the last piece and without flash, as indicated by the musicians.
What temperature can I expect during the concert?
Candlelight concerts are held in beautiful historic venues, where temperature control can sometimes be difficult. We do our best to ensure comfort, but conditions may vary depending on the season: we recommend dressing appropriately to enjoy the experience to the fullest.
What happens if the weather doesn't allow the event to take place?
If weather conditions affect your experience (change of venue or postponement), we'll let you know in advance by email.
Can I bring animals? Are guide dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at the venue, but assistance animals are welcome.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the event takes place in an accessible venue, with access for people with disabilities.
Is parking available?

Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
