Where can I find my tickets?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (downloadable from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in with the same Fever profile used to purchase the ticket. You'll also find a PDF with a barcode in the purchase confirmation email, which you can use to access the event.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone free of charge. Simply send the PDF with the barcode you received by email to the person who'll be using the ticket. If you have any questions, contact us with your ticket ID.
Can I change the date or time of my ticket?
You can change the date of your ticket up to 48 hours before the event. To do so, contact us with the ticket ID of your purchase (the unique code found in the confirmation email or in the Fever app). Alternatively, check in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app whether the "Change date and/or time" button is available: click it and follow the on screen instructions. Please note that refunds are not available under any circumstances. For more details, see our Terms and Conditions.
Can I get a refund on my ticket?
Refunds are not available under any circumstances. For more information, see our Terms and Conditions. A flexible cancellation extra is available for separate purchase, offering an alternative policy.
If I buy a ticket with flexible cancellation, can I get a refund?
You can cancel your ticket with flexible cancellation if you request it up to 48 hours before the start of the experience: simply contact us. Please note that the ticket becomes non refundable if it's transferred to another user.
What are the different seating areas?
The hall is divided into different sections based on view quality. Seats will be assigned to you at entry by our staff, on a first come first served basis and according to the section you selected.
Can I sit together with my friends?
Yes, as long as you arrive together and all have tickets for the same area. We recommend arriving early: we'll do our best to seat you together.
Is there an age limit to attend the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can tickets be bought at the entrance?
No, tickets are not sold on site: you can only purchase them through the Fever app or website.
When should I arrive?
We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes early, so you can get settled in your area. Doors close 5 minutes before the start. Latecomers will not be admitted, out of respect for the musicians and other guests.
Can I get a ticket for a companion?
If you need assistance during the experience, you can request a free ticket for your companion. Contact us providing proof of the need for assistance: once we've received your request, we'll send you a voucher to get the companion's free ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability). At entry you'll need to show both your ticket and your companion's ticket.
Will it be possible to buy food and drinks on site?
No, it won't be possible to buy food and drinks at the venue.
Can I leave the hall during the concert?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you cannot leave your seat during the concert, except in case of emergency.
Are the candles flammable?
No, for guests' safety, all candles are flameless.
Can I use my phone during the concert?
Your phone must stay on silent mode for the entire duration of the concert. You can take photos and videos only during the last piece and without flash, as indicated by the musicians.
What temperature can I expect during the concert?
Candlelight concerts are held in historic venues, where temperature control can sometimes be difficult. We do our best to ensure comfort, but conditions may vary depending on the season: we recommend dressing appropriately.
What happens if weather conditions prevent the event from taking place?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of venue or postponement), we'll let you know in advance by email.
Can I bring animals? Are guide dogs allowed?
Unfortunately pets are not allowed at the venue, but assistance animals are welcome.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the concert takes place in an accessible venue.
Is parking available?
Unfortunately there is no private parking available at this venue.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
