Candlelight: Tribute to Sade brings the music of Sade to the Französischer Dom on Gendarmenmarkt in Berlin. A string quartet plays her songs live, surrounded by the glow of countless candles, in a 60-minute concert.

This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.

What ticket types are there?
There are tickets for zones A, B, C and D.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets cannot be bought at the venue. All tickets must be purchased before your visit via the Fever app or the website (www.feverup.com).
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience are entitled to a free ticket for their personal carer. Once you've bought your ticket (a valid ticket is essential), please send us the relevant supporting documents. You'll then receive a voucher that lets you get your free carer ticket on the Fever app (subject to availability). At entry, you must show your regular ticket together with the carer ticket.
Is there an age restriction?
All guests must be at least 8 years old. People under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes to the date and/or time are possible up to 24 hours before the experience starts. Please contact us quoting your ticket ID. Refunds are not possible under any circumstances. You can find more information in our terms and conditions.
Where does the experience take place?
The experience takes place at the Französischer Dom (Gendarmenmarkt 5, 10117 Berlin).
How do I get to the venue?
Underground: U6 Französische Straße, U2/U6 Stadtmitte. Bus: 147 Französische Straße underground station.
Is food and drink available?
Food and drink can be bought on site on the ground floor.
Can I bring animals?
Pets are not allowed, with the exception of service animals.
Is the venue accessible?
No, unfortunately the venue is not wheelchair accessible.
Is parking available?
Paid parking is available at Gendarmenmarkt and in the surrounding car parks.
Am I allowed to take photos or film during the performance?
According to our musicians, photos and videos are only allowed during the last piece and without flash.
Am I allowed to use my phone during the show?
Your phone must be switched to silent throughout the entire performance. Photos and videos are only allowed during the last piece and without flash.
Can I leave the hall during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you can only leave your seat in an emergency.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts to get a seat in your booked zone. The concert starts on time, and the audience must be seated beforehand. Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, latecomers will not be admitted.
What happens if the weather doesn't allow the event to go ahead?
Should the weather affect your experience (change of venue or postponement), we'll notify you by email in good time.
Can I sit with my friends?
Yes, if you arrive together and all your tickets are for the same zone. We recommend arriving on site in good time, and we'll do our best to seat you together.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to another Fever account at no extra cost. To do this, tap "Transfer tickets" next to your ticket in the Fever app. If you need help, contact us quoting your ticket ID.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store or Google Play). Log in using the same method you used to buy your ticket. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email. You don't need to print anything: just show your ticket on your smartphone.
Are the candles flammable?
For the safety of all guests, all candles are flameless.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
