Experience the music of Ludovico Einaudi live on piano, by the glow of thousands of candles. At Candlelight: Best of Ludovico Einaudi, the church hall of MaiHof – Pfarrei St. Josef in Lucerne becomes a special concert venue, where his moving melodies ring out in an intimate atmosphere.

This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.

What different ticket types are there?
There are tickets for the front row as well as for zones A, B, C and D.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets cannot be purchased at the venue. All tickets must be bought before attending the event via the app or the website (www.feverup.com).
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who need care throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their personal carer. Once you've bought your ticket (it's essential that you hold a valid ticket), please send us the relevant supporting documents. Once we've received these, we'll provide you with a voucher that you can use to get your free carer ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability). Please note that you'll need to show your regular ticket together with the carer ticket at entry.
Is there an age restriction for the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes to the date and/or time are possible up to 48 hours before the experience begins. In this case, please contact us quoting your ticket ID. Refunds are not possible under any circumstances. You can find more information in our Terms and Conditions.
When can I return my ticket?
You can return your flexible refund ticket and get a full refund if you contact us up to 48 hours before the experience begins. Please note that the ticket is not refundable if it has been transferred to another person.

Where does the experience take place?
The experience takes place at MaiHof – Pfarrei St. Josef, Weggismattstrasse 9, 6004 Lucerne.
How do I get to the venue?
Bus line 1: from Luzern Bahnhof towards «Ebikon, Fildern» to the Schlossberg stop. Bus lines 22 and 23 also serve the Schlossberg stop.
Is food and drink available?
No food or drink is available.
Is there a cloakroom on site?
No, there is no cloakroom available at MaiHof.
Can I bring pets? Are assistance dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, no animals are allowed at this venue, including assistance dogs.
Does the venue have disabled access?
Yes, MaiHof is wheelchair accessible and has accessible entrances. Please send a short email to hello@feverup.com so we can prepare everything in advance.
Is there a car park?
There are only a few parking spaces around MaiHof. Please use the Schlossberg car park near Coop or City-Parking near Löwencenter.

The dress code is smart casual.
Can I take photos or videos during the performance?
According to our musicians, photos and videos can only be taken during the last piece and without flash.

Your phone must be switched to silent throughout the whole performance. According to our musicians, photos and videos can only be taken during the last piece and without flash.
Can I leave the concert hall during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you can only leave your seat in case of an emergency.
When should I arrive?
Doors open 45 minutes before the concert starts. Arrive in good time to get a seat in the zone you've booked. The concert starts punctually, and late entry after the concert has begun is not possible.
What happens if weather conditions prevent the event from going ahead?
Should weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of venue or postponement), we will of course notify you in advance by email.
Can I sit together with friends?
Yes, you can sit together with your friends if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving in good time, and we'll do our best to seat you together.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Simply tap "Transfer tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. If you need further help, contact us with your ticket ID.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store or Google Play). Log in using the same login method you used to make your purchase. You can also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email. There's no need to print anything out: simply show your Fever ticket on your smartphone at the venue.
Are the candles flammable?
For guests' safety, all candles are flameless.
Is there an interval?
No. The concert lasts 60 minutes, and no interval is planned.
