This Candlelight concert brings Michael Jackson's greatest hits to the Grand Casino Lucerne. A string quartet performs them live, surrounded by hundreds of candles, in a 60-minute concert in the heart of Luzern.
This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.

Doors open 45 minutes before the concert. Late entry is not permitted once the concert has started.
Find your seat
Seats are not numbered: they are taken on a first-come, first-served basis within the zone on your ticket.

The Casino-Palace car park offers around 250 spaces right by the Grand Casino Lucerne, including EV charging stations and 24/7 access. Prices start from approximately CHF 3.50 per hour, with daily and monthly rates also available.
Accessibility
The gallery and the podium are not accessible for structural reasons and are therefore not suitable for wheelchair users. However, ground-level, low-barrier seating is available in the main room. Accessible toilets are located outside the event premises and may be used by attendees.

What different ticket types are there?
There are tickets for Premium Front Row as well as for Zones B and C.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets cannot be purchased at the venue. All tickets must be bought before attending the event via the Fever app or the website www.feverup.com.
Can I book a ticket for my companion?
Guests who require assistance throughout the experience are entitled to a free ticket for their personal assistant or companion. Once you've bought your ticket (it's essential to have a valid ticket in order to use it), please send us the relevant proof via the Fever contact form.
Is there an age restriction for the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes to the date and/or time are possible up to 24 hours before the experience begins. In such a case, please contact us via the Fever contact form, providing your ticket ID. Refunds are not possible under any circumstances. You can find more information in our T&Cs.
What is the flexible refund ticket?
With the flexible refund ticket, you can request a full refund if you decide not to attend the experience. This policy only applies to selected events.
When can I return my ticket?
You can return your flexible refund ticket and receive a full refund if you contact us up to 48 hours before the experience begins. Please note that the ticket is not refundable if it's transferred to another person.
What documents do I need to provide to get my refund?
No documents are required for your refund request.
How do I request my refund?

How do I get to the venue?
By public transport or on foot: Luzern station, 5–10 minutes' walk along the lake. Bus 6, 8, 24 or N3, get off at Casino-Palace. By car: Haldenstrasse 6, Parking Casino-Palace Garage. Paid parking spaces are available for your car.
Will food and drinks be available?
There is drinks catering available.
Can I bring pets?
Pets are not allowed, with the exception of service animals. Please fill in Fever's contact form if you need to be accompanied by a service animal.

Can I leave the concert hall during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you can only leave your seat in an emergency.
When should I arrive?
Doors open 45 minutes before the concert starts. Please arrive in good time to secure a seat in the zone you've purchased. The concert will start promptly, and the audience must already be seated beforehand. If you arrive late, you'll be refused entry to the show out of respect for the musicians' performance and the audience's experience.
What happens if weather conditions prevent the event from going ahead?
Should weather conditions affect your experience in any way (for example, by moving the event to another venue or postponing it), we will of course let you know in good time by email. Any changes or cancellations will be communicated to you by email, sent to the same address you used when purchasing your ticket.
Can I sit with friends?
Yes, you can sit with your friends if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving at the venue in good time, and we'll do our best to seat you together.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Simply click on “Transfer tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app. If you need any further help, just contact us via the Fever contact form, quoting your ticket ID.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, which you can download from the Apple App Store or Google Play. Please remember to log in using the same method you used to make your purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email. There's no need to print anything: just show your Fever ticket from your smartphone at the venue.
Are the candles flammable?
Please note that, for the safety of attendees, all candles will be flameless.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
