Vivaldi's Four Seasons come to life at the Teatro Juvarra in Turin in a live Candlelight concert, in a hall lit by the glow of candles. A musical and multisensory experience to rediscover one of the most beloved masterpieces of the Baroque in an intimate and evocative atmosphere.

This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.

Where can I find my tickets?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (downloadable from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in with the same Fever profile you used to purchase the ticket. You'll also find a PDF with a barcode in the purchase confirmation email, which you can use to access the event.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone free of charge. Simply send the PDF with the barcode you received by email to the person who will use the ticket. If you have any questions, contact us with the ticket ID.
Can I change the date or time of my ticket?
You can change the date of your ticket up to 48 hours before the event. To do so, contact us with the ticket ID associated with your purchase (the unique code found in the confirmation email or in the Fever app). Alternatively, check whether the change option is available in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app: if it is, you'll see the "Change date and/or time" button; click it and follow the on-screen instructions. If I buy a ticket with flexible cancellation, can I get a refund?
You can cancel your ticket with flexible cancellation if you request it up to 48 hours before the experience begins: simply contact us. Please note that the ticket becomes non-refundable if it is transferred to another user.
What are the different seating areas?
The venue is divided into different sections depending on the quality of the view. Seats will be assigned to you at the entrance with the help of our staff, on a first come, first served basis and according to the section you selected.
Can I sit with my friends?
Yes, you can sit with your friends as long as you arrive together and all have tickets for the same area. We recommend arriving early: we'll do our best to seat you together.
Is there an age limit to attend the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I buy tickets at the entrance?
Tickets are not sold on site: you can only buy them through the Fever app or website.
When should I arrive?
We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes early, so you can be shown to your assigned area. Doors close 5 minutes before the start and, out of respect for the musicians and other guests, latecomers will not be admitted.
Can I get a ticket for a carer?
Guests who need assistance during the experience can request a free ticket for their carer. Get in touch with us providing proof of the need for an assistant's ticket: once we've received your request, we'll send you a voucher to purchase the free carer's ticket on the Fever app (subject to availability). At the entrance, you'll need to show both your ticket and your carer's ticket.
Will it be possible to buy food and drinks on site?
No, it's not possible to buy food and drinks on site.
Can I leave the room during the concert?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you can't leave your seat during the concert, except in case of an emergency.
Are the candles flammable?
For guests' safety, all candles are flameless.
Can I use my phone during the concert?
Your phone must stay on silent mode for the entire duration of the concert. Photos and videos can only be taken during the last song and without flash, as indicated by the musicians.
What temperature can I expect during the concert?
Candlelight concerts take place in beautiful historic venues, where temperature control can sometimes be difficult. We do our best to ensure comfort, but conditions may vary depending on the season: we recommend dressing appropriately to make the most of the experience.
What happens if weather conditions don't allow the event to go ahead?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of venue or postponement), we'll let you know in advance by email.
Can I bring animals? Are guide dogs allowed?
Unfortunately pets aren't allowed in the venue, but assistance animals are welcome.
Is the venue accessible?

Is parking available?

Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
