Where can I find my tickets?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (downloadable from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in with the same Fever profile you used to make the purchase. You'll also find a PDF with a barcode in your purchase confirmation email, which you can use to access the event.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone free of charge. Just send the PDF with the barcode you received by email to the person who'll be using the ticket. If you have any questions, contact us with the ticket ID.
Can I change the date or time of my ticket?
You can change the date of your ticket up to 48 hours before the event. To do this, contact us with the ticket ID of your purchase (the unique code found in your confirmation email or in the Fever app). Alternatively, check the "Tickets" section of the Fever app to see if the "Change date and/or time" button appears: if it does, click it and follow the instructions. Refunds are not available under any circumstances. For more details, check our Terms and Conditions.
Can I get a refund for my ticket?

If I buy a ticket with flexible cancellation, can I get a refund?
You can cancel your ticket with flexible cancellation if you request it up to 48 hours before the experience starts: just contact us. The ticket becomes non-refundable if it's transferred to another user.
What are the different seating zones?
The hall is divided into different zones based on the quality of the view. Seats are assigned at the entrance by our staff, on a first-come, first-served basis and according to your ticket's zone.
Can I sit together with my friends?
Yes, as long as you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving early: we'll do our best to seat you close together.
Is there an age limit to attend?
All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I buy tickets at the entrance?
No, tickets are not sold on site: you can only buy them through the Fever app or website.
When should I arrive?
We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes early, so you'll have time to get to your zone. Doors close 5 minutes before the start and, out of respect for the musicians and other guests, latecomers will not be admitted.
Can I get a ticket for my companion?
If you need assistance during the experience, you can request a free ticket for your companion. Contact us with a document proving the need for assistance: we'll send you a voucher to get your companion's free ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability). At the entrance, you'll need to show both your ticket and your companion's ticket.
Can food and drinks be purchased on site?
No, food and drinks are not sold on site.
Can I leave the hall during the concert?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you cannot leave your seat during the concert, except in case of emergency.
Are the candles flammable?
No: for the safety of our guests, all candles are flameless.
Can I use my phone during the concert?
Your phone must remain on silent mode throughout the concert. You can take photos and record videos only during the last piece, without flash, when indicated by the musicians.
What temperature should I expect during the concert?
Candlelight concerts are held in historic venues, where it's sometimes difficult to control the temperature. We do our best to ensure comfort, but conditions can vary with the season: we recommend dressing appropriately.
What happens if the weather doesn't allow the event to take place?
If weather affects your experience (with a change of venue or a postponement), we'll let you know in advance by email.
Can I bring animals? Are guide dogs allowed?
Pets are not allowed, but assistance animals are welcome.

Yes, the Teatro Juvarra is accessible and has access for people with disabilities.
Is there parking?
Unfortunately, the Teatro Juvarra doesn't have private parking.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
