What are the different ticket types available?
There are 5 zones, from Premium, the closest to the stage, to Zone D, the furthest away.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No, tickets cannot be purchased at the venue. All tickets must be bought through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Do I need to buy a ticket for my carer?
Guests who require assistance during the experience are entitled to 1 free pass for their companion or carer. Once you've bought your ticket (you must have a valid ticket before making a request), contact us with the necessary documentation.
What are the age requirements to attend the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 48 hours before the experience starts: contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not permitted under any circumstances. For more information, please check our Terms and Conditions.

No, unfortunately reaching the room involves going down some stairs. For any specific needs, please contact us.

Yes: APCOA Parking Cittadella is 50 m away and SABA Parcheggio Arena is 400 m away.

Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you may not leave your seat except in an emergency.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be assigned a seat in your purchased zone. The concert will start on time and the audience must already be seated. Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, latecomers will not be allowed in.
What happens if weather conditions prevent the event from taking place?
If weather conditions affect your experience (change of venue or postponement), we will inform you in advance by email.
Can I sit next to my friends?
Yes, you can sit with your friends if you all arrive together and have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving in good time: we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost: click "Transfer tickets" on the ticket in the Fever app. For further assistance, contact us with your ticket ID.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the App Store and Google Play). Remember to log in using the same method you used to purchase it. You can also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Are the candles flammable?
For the safety of all attendees, all candles are flameless.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
