A string quartet brings Michael Jackson's greatest hits to life in the Sala Lounge Arch at Villa Brasavola de Massa, in Verona, in a room lit entirely by candles. Around 60 minutes of live music, in a Candlelight concert designed for an intimate listening experience, far from the big stages.

What are the different ticket types available?
There are 5 zones, from Premium, which is closest to the stage, to Zona D, which is furthest away.
Can I buy tickets on site?
Tickets cannot be purchased on site. All tickets must be bought through the app or the website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Do I need to buy a ticket for the person assisting me?
Guests who need assistance during the experience are entitled to 1 free pass for their companion/carer. Once you've purchased your ticket (you must hold a valid ticket before applying), contact us via the Fever contact form with the necessary documentation.
What are the age requirements for attending the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, it's possible to change the date and/or time up to 48 hours before the experience starts. If so, please contact us via the Fever contact form, stating your ticket ID. The Lounge Arch is located inside Villa Brasavola de Massa, in Piazza Cittadella.
How do I get to the venue?
The venue is located at Piazza Cittadella 3 – 37122 Verona.
Will it be possible to buy food?
No, food cannot be purchased.
Are animals allowed?
Animals are not allowed, except for assistance animals.
Does the venue have disabled access?
No, unfortunately there are stairs to go down. For any specific needs, please write to us via the Fever contact form.
Is there parking on site?
APCOA Parking Cittadella, 50 m away. SABA Parcheggio Arena, 400 m away.
Can I take photos or videos during the show?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.

Can I leave the concert hall during the show?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, it will not be possible to leave your seat except in case of emergency.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be assigned a seat in your purchased zone. The concert will start on time and the audience must already be seated beforehand. Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, latecomers will not be allowed into the show.
What happens if weather conditions prevent the event from taking place?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of venue/postponement), we will let you know in advance by email.
Can I sit near my friends?
Yes, you'll be able to sit with your friends if you all arrive together and have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving in good time, and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, tickets can be transferred to any other Fever account at no extra cost. It's easy: just click "Transfer tickets" on the ticket in the Fever app. For further assistance, contact us via the Fever contact form, stating your ticket ID.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (downloadable from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in using the same login method you used to make your purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Are the candles flammable?
For the safety of attendees, all candles will be flameless.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
