Welcome the new year with a Candlelight Christmas and New Year concert at Schloss Garath in Düsseldorf. A string quartet will perform lively waltzes and polkas by the Strauss family, surrounded by the glow of thousands of candles.
This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.
On the day How it works
Arrive early
Doors open 30 minutes before the concert. Late entry is not permitted once the concert has started.
Find your seat
Seats are not numbered: they are taken on a first-come, first-served basis within the zone on your ticket.
Let the music take over
Enjoy 60 minutes of live music surrounded by candles.

What ticket types are available?
There are tickets available for Zones A and B.
Can I buy tickets on site?
No. Tickets are not available on site: all tickets must be purchased before your visit via the Fever app or the website (www.feverup.com).
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who require assistance throughout the experience are entitled to a free ticket for their personal carer. Once you've bought your ticket, please send us the relevant supporting documents. You'll then receive a voucher that lets you get the free carer ticket through the Fever app (subject to availability). At entry, you'll need to show your regular ticket together with the carer ticket.
Is there an age restriction?
All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 24 hours before the experience starts. To do so, please contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not possible under any circumstances. You can find more information in our T&Cs.
Where does the concert take place?
The concert takes place at Schloss Garath (Garather Schloßallee 19, 40595 Düsseldorf).
How do I get to the venue?
From Düsseldorf Hauptbahnhof, take the S6 to Düsseldorf-Garath. From there, it's just a 15-minute walk.
Is there food and drink available?
Before the concert, you can buy drinks at the venue's own bar.
Can I bring animals?
Pets are not allowed, with the exception of service animals.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Unfortunately, the venue does not have wheelchair-accessible entry and is not wheelchair-friendly.
Is there parking available?
Yes, there are around 50 parking spaces available. After entering through the open gate to the left of Schloss Garath, you'll reach the first car park directly. Through the narrow passage on the left-hand side, you'll reach a second car park.
Can I take photos or film during the performance?
According to our musicians, photos and videos are only allowed during the last piece and without flash.
Can I use my phone during the performance?
Your phone must be switched to silent throughout the entire performance. Photos and videos are only allowed during the last piece and without flash.
Can I leave the hall during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you can only leave your seat in case of an emergency.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts to get a seat in the zone you've booked. The concert starts on time and the audience must be seated beforehand. Anyone arriving late will not be admitted, out of respect for the musicians and the audience.
What happens if the weather doesn't allow the event to go ahead?
Should the weather affect your experience (for example, through a change of venue or a postponement), we'll notify you in good time by email.
Can we sit together?
Yes, if you arrive together and all your tickets are for the same zone. We recommend arriving in good time, and we'll do our best to seat you together.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Simply tap "Transfer tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. If you need help, contact us with your ticket ID.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play). Log in using the same method you used to purchase. You can also find your QR code in your email purchase confirmation. There's no need to print anything out: just show your ticket on your smartphone when you arrive.
Are the candles real flames?
No. For guests' safety, all candles are flameless.
How long does the concert last? Is there an interval?
The concert lasts 60 minutes. There is no interval.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
