In short About the concert

The Viennese waltzes, polkas and marches of the Strauss family come to the Apostel-Paulus-Kirche in Berlin for Christmas and the New Year. A string quartet plays the programme live, while the church is lit entirely by candles.

This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.

What different ticket types are there?
There are tickets for Zone A, B, C and D.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets cannot be purchased at the venue. All tickets must be bought via the app or website (www.feverup.com) before attending the event.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who require assistance throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their personal carer. Once you've bought your ticket (it's essential to hold a valid ticket in order to use this), please send us the relevant supporting documents via the Fever contact form. Once we've received this, we'll provide you with a voucher you can use to get your free carer ticket on the Fever app (subject to availability). Please note that you'll need to show your regular ticket together with the carer ticket at entry.
Is there an age restriction for the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes to the date and/or time are possible up to 24 hours before the experience starts. If you need to do this, please contact us via the Fever contact form, quoting your ticket ID. Refunds are not possible under any circumstances. For more information, please see our terms and conditions.
What is the Flexible Refund ticket?
With the Flexible Refund ticket, you can request a full refund if you decide not to attend the experience. This applies to selected events.
When can I return my ticket?
You can return your Flexible Refund ticket and get a full refund if you contact us up to 48 hours before the experience starts. Please note that the ticket is not refundable if it's transferred to another user.
What documents do I need to provide to get my refund?
No documents are required for your refund request.

Where does the experience take place?
The experience takes place at Apostel-Paulus-Kirche (Grunewaldstraße 77A / corner of Akazienstraße, 10823 Berlin-Schöneberg).
How do I get to the venue?
Nearest underground station: Eisenacher Straße.
Are food and drinks available?
No, no drinks or food are sold on site.
Can I bring animals?
Pets are not allowed, with the exception of service animals. Please fill in the Fever contact form if you need to be accompanied by a service animal.

Yes, the church has disabled access. We ask that you send a short email to hello@feverup.com so we can prepare everything.
Is there a car park?

Can I take photos or videos during the performance?
According to our musicians, photos and videos can only be taken during the last piece and without flash.

Your phone must be kept on silent throughout the performance. According to our musicians, photos and videos can only be taken during the last piece and without flash.
Can I leave the concert hall during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you can only leave your seat in an emergency.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts to get a seat in the zone you purchased. The concert will start on time, and the audience must already be seated beforehand. If you arrive late, you will be denied entry to the show out of respect for the musicians' performance and the audience's experience.
What happens if weather conditions do not allow the event to go ahead?
Should weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of venue/postponement), we will of course notify you by email in advance.
Can I sit with friends?
Yes, you can sit with your friends if you come together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving at the venue in good time, and we will do our best to seat you accordingly.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Simply click on “Transfer tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app. If you need further assistance, contact us via the Fever contact form, providing your ticket ID.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in using the same login method you used to make the purchase. You can also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email. Nothing needs to be printed. Simply show your Fever ticket from your smartphone at the venue.
Are the candles flammable?
Please note that for guests' safety, all candles will be flameless.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
