How long does the experience last?
The Candlelight: Christmas and New Year Concert in Madrid lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before, so you can arrive and settle in comfortably.
Are real candles used in Candlelight concerts? Are they flammable?
For your safety, the concert's candles operate with LED bulbs. They mimic the light of a flame perfectly without needing real fire, so they don't burn or pose any risk.
What temperature should I expect at the concert? What clothes should I wear?
Temperature in historic venues can fluctuate depending on the day. Although we always aim for the perfect ambiance, we advise you to bring an extra layer or wear clothes suitable for the season so all you have to do is enjoy the music.
Will there be food and drink service at Hotel Wellington & Spa?
Unfortunately, there will be no food or drink available for sale at this event.
Can I leave the venue during the performance?
We ask that you try not to leave your seat while the concert is on, except for emergencies, to avoid breaking the atmosphere that is created in the venue.
Is taking photos or recording videos allowed? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Remember to put your phone on silent before the show begins. To enjoy the experience, we only allow photos or videos without flash during the final song of the set, as indicated by the musicians.
Can tickets be bought at the Hotel Wellington & Spa box office?
There are no ticket sales at the Hotel Wellington & Spa box office on the day of the event. We advise securing your spots in advance, managing everything comfortably through the Fever app or official website.
How does seating assignment and zoning work?
The venue has several zones with prices adjusted to the distance and perspective from the stage. Upon arriving at Hotel Wellington & Spa, you'll be seated according to the order of entry and the type of ticket you purchased.
Can we sit together if we're a group?
Yes, you can sit together! To ensure contiguous seats, you need to arrive together and have passes for the same zone. We recommend arriving 30 minutes early so our team can seat you together easily.
Can tickets for Candlelight: Christmas and New Year Concert be gifted?
Of course! Gift Candlelight by buying a Gift Card for them to select their preferred show and time. If you already have a fixed-date ticket, share it as a gift by clicking "Transfer Tickets" in the Fever app.
What is "Candlelight Photo"?
This pack gives you access to a unique photography session at Hotel Wellington & Spa. To make sure you always remember the experience, we'll give you an instant Polaroid-format print.
Can I buy "Candlelight Photo" photos at Hotel Wellington & Spa?
If there is still availability, you can purchase your Candlelight Photo at the venue itself, paying exclusively with a credit or debit card. Remember, online buyers have priority over sales at Hotel Wellington & Spa.
When will I receive the photo?
Select your favorite shot, and our team will print it while you enjoy the show. Don't forget to collect your keepsake when the event ends, as it won't be possible to store it for afterwards.
What does the "Pack of 3 candles" include? Are they real?
You'll receive a set of 3 LED candles that imitate the flicker and light of a wax candle. Enjoy a cozy atmosphere in your home with the peace of mind that they're 100% safe.
What is the "Pack of 3 candles" pickup and return policy?
Make sure to pick up your items online at the event location. As it is tied to that specific date and venue, the "Pack of 3 candles" cannot be returned or exchanged for money; all sales are final.
Where can I find my tickets for Candlelight: Christmas and New Year Concert in Madrid?
Your tickets are saved in the "Tickets" section within the Fever app (available on Apple App Store or Google Play). Simply log in with the same account or method you used to buy them. You'll also receive a confirmation email with your QR code. Being 100% digital tickets, there's no need to print anything.
Can I transfer or send my tickets to another person?
The Fever app gives you the option to transfer your tickets free of charge using the "Transfer Tickets" feature. If you need help managing it, contact us and remember to include your ticket number.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours before the event from the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. If the option is available, the "Change date/time" button will appear, and you can follow the instructions. If the option doesn't appear, contact us with your ticket ID, which can be found in the confirmation email or the Fever app. Note that refunds are not accepted, although some events offer a flexible cancellation add-on with an alternative policy. What time should I arrive? Is there a late entry policy?
We advise arriving about 30 minutes before the start to find your spot without rush. Access will close 5 minutes before the scheduled time; if you arrive late, we're sorry but you won't be allowed in out of respect for the artists and other attendees.

We recommend arriving 30 minutes before the show if you want a photo. The photo area will stop operating 10 minutes before the show starts.
Where do I have to go to have my photo taken?
As soon as you enter Hotel Wellington & Spa, you'll see our team ready to point you to the photo area. Feel free to ask us any questions you may have!
Is there parking available at Hotel Wellington & Spa?
Unfortunately, there is no parking available for attendees, so we recommend using public transportation.
Is there a dress code for Candlelight concerts?
You can dress casually and informally, as there is no strict dress code. The important thing is that you feel comfortable while listening to the music.
Are pets or animals allowed in Hotel Wellington & Spa? What about service animals?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in Hotel Wellington & Spa, but assistance dogs and guide dogs are welcome.
Do you offer free tickets for caregivers or assistants of people with disabilities?
Yes, of course! If you need assistance during the concert, you can request a free ticket for your caregiver or personal assistant. Just contact us by sending the document or proof that shows you need one.
